Processing Time

The processing time is the time we need to process your shipment after we receive your order and physically dispatch it. It is usually 1 business day.

Please note that the processing time may be longer if your personal shipping info is wrong, your address is undeliverable, or other unexpected issues come up. In that case, we will contact you within 24 hours.

 

Detailed process

1A confirmation email will be sent to you after payment to inform you that your order has been placed successfully.

2Production starts 24 hours after payment has been made. Therefore, if you wish to change your order information, such as color or size or any other information about your wig, you should inform us within 24 hours.

3If you are a wig wearer, you probably know that comfort and a natural look are important, right? That's how we make custom deals for you, at no extra cost. You can choose any style and color from the website. If necessary, you can also send us special requests. There are no additional costs either. However, bespoke transactions take time to process. We hope you will understand this.


Different wigs take different amounts of time to produce.

Basic wigs: production takes 2-4 working days.

Frontal lace/360-degree lace wig: 5-7 working days to produce. (Half of the wig should be handmade.)

Full lace wigs: 7-10 working days production. (All wigs should be handmade.)

Monofilament wigs: 10-12 working days to produce. (All wigs should be handmade.)

4Quality check: A natural, high-quality wig is very important to the wig wearer, so we should ensure that each wig is in the best possible condition. In general, quality checks usually take about 1-2 working days.

5Shipping: After careful inspection, we will pack and ship the wig to you. Usually, it always takes about 2-4 working days en route.

6Delivery: The shipping company delivers the package to you.

* Shipping Time may vary due to unexpected factors, such as bad weather, public holidays, covid or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.

About Tax

1) If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the customer.

2) The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

3)The buyer need to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

 

Additional Notes

1)The local logistics deliver packages on business days (Mon. - Fri.). Therefore, to ensure your parcel will be delivered to you safely and punctually, please provide your shipping address in which you can receive the package on workday. Please make sure your phone is on because the shipper might contact you via phone.

2)Some shipping services may need the customer's signature to complete the delivery. If we ship the package to your delivery address and someone signs for it, we will not be responsible for any loss or theft of the package. Therefore, please make sure that you or an authorized person are at the delivery address.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes, the tracking number will be uploaded to PayPal or credit card shortly after delivery. Alternatively, you can contact us for a tracking number.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is free for orders over $150. For orders under $150, $10 will be charged.
